Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all MIKUTA tags attached to ensure the garments remain protected during transit.
Ship the Parcel
Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
